The Brief
Takami needed to export a Japanese skincare brand abroad, social-first, without diluting the Japanese aesthetic, Ma, restraint, minimalist elegance, that is the brand.
The Concept
Built the whole social journey around Sena, a Japanese protagonist, and her 30-day skincare practice. A Japanese hero keeps the brand identity intact while riding the current cultural fascination with Japan, making the story relatable through lifestyle, not translation. Every asset (teaser, efficacy, ritual, expert) is both a functional post and a chapter in her arc, practice over transformation.
The execution
A fully AI-generated PoC, 14 social assets across a 30-day arc, entirely synthetic production, proving the concept could scale without a single shoot day.
